The location was IDEAL. The room was fantastic, and it included a fridge, which i found a bonus. Alisha, the owner, was friendly, helpful, and nothing was too much trouble (wow!).
On arrival, parking costs £10 per day. The bathroom was dirty. The toilet had brown stains. The floor was sticky, and the shower door does not close properly (uh oh!).

The owners are super friendly and helpful. the room was spacious with clean, comfy beds. we also had fresh towels in the super clean bathroom. i reserved parking for my stay, and the host ensured it was available. Very convenient!
the blinds in the room were a bit broken in the middle section, so i couldn't close them completely.

The staff responded quickly to anything we needed. when we arrived, two gentlemen helped us carry our bags up to our room. alisha, the owner, was friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for her.

The room included a fridge. What a great bonus! The owners, Alisha and her husband, were friendly and always greeted guests with a smile. They were also happy to chat and couldn't do enough to assist, if anything was needed! The location was also really convenient to attractions.
I found a very slight smell of air freshener, vanilla type! It may be too strong for some guests with sensitivities.

There was a plentiful supply of tea and coffee available in the room. This helped in the mornings. Everything needed for a good morning was there, so that was awesome!

The room was quite spacious. I didn't feel cramped at all! The beds were comfy and clean. Everyone slept well, all through the night. Really awesome! The TV was large, too.

the room included everything needed for my visit. the room was a good size. the staff members were very attentive and cute. i found them to be very helpful .
the kettle leaked when i used it. there was no hot water for a shower. the decor was peeling in some areas. the light kept flickering on and off,.
